Inside the 610 loop of Houston, TX, in 1974 a small, po-boy only restaurant named “Ray Hay’s Cajun Po-Boys” opened up at 4302 Richmond Ave. to young owners Luke B. Mandola Sr., Frankie B Mandola, and Ray Hay.

Ragin’ Cajun boils our seafood in our “famous” Cajun-Style boil, using a house recipe of cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, garlic powder & chili powder, guaranteeing your guests will say AYEEE!

We specialize in 100% Acadiana “Rice Field” pond raised, purged crawfish, giving you the highest quality crawfish.
